SYLC Designs — Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping

SYLC Designs offers FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This offer applies to all orders shipped within the United States.


2. Domestic Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:


  • Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $100 | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Economy Shipping — $4.90 | Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days
  • Standard Shipping — $6.90 | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days


3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the shipping carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SYLC purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sylcdesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been fulfilled.


7. Delayed or Lost Orders

SYLC Designs ships all orders promptly. Once an order is handed to the carrier, any delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances are outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@sylcdesigns.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sylcdesigns.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not available at this time — please check back as we continue to grow!
