Our promise

We want you to love every piece from SYLC Designs. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
Free of perfume, deodorant, or any staining

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply contact us at hello@sylcdesigns.com and we'll sort it out quickly.

Sale items

Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted at checkout.

How to start a return

We'll send you a return label within 1 business day
Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
Have a question before you return? Call or text us at (347) 856-9761 — we're happy to help find the right size or style instead.
Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
